About us. In the past 20 years in Stewartfield East Kilbride a group of residents sensed the call of God to meet regularly in worship and fellowship. We’ve learned a closer walk with Jesus and one another as we’ve prayed together and supported each other and neighbours and family. The church is part of the Church of Scotland but from the start people of many branches of the worldwide church have joined with us.

Rhythm of Prayer in Lent

This scheme of guided prayer rests upon two principles of the Reformation, which have guided the Church of Scotland in its worship of God. The first: All we bring to our salvation is faith. The rest is what God gives, ‘by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no-one can boast.’
